This is a very nice item and works well when used properly. The only thing that you have to careful of is making sure that you use a cooking spray, like Pam, and spray evenly or you will get a pool at the bottom. If you spray too little, the tops will break off in the pan.

Basically, if you grease it properly, it works great and the mini-teared cupcakes look fantastic.

Pan worked great - the only trouble I had with it was that, despite the description listing it as dishwasher safe, it probably isn't a great idea. I used it once, put it in the dishwasher, and pulled out a discoloured and scratched-looking pan. I'm assuming it will still work fine, it just doesn't look as nice. It would probably be best to soak it in warm water and hand wash it. Other than that, four of my six cakes came out fine (that part was my fault, as I didn't have Pam and was improvising) and they were adorable.
