(Kitchen) nice and heavy. I really don't butter and flour it and the cakes do NOT stick. They just flip right out. The outside of the cake is done properly when the inside is done - not over browned and not pasty. This time the cake slipped out very easily when I flipped the pan over. I gave it a quick shake and out it came. This is a well-priced pan and suits my needs well. I probably won't use it that often but it is the right pan for two of my favorite recipes. |
