The doughmaker pans are simply the best out there!!! Very hard to find these days. Company was sold and no new production since Dec. I made fantastic brownies in this today!!! Yummmmmmmy!!!! No stick..No mess.. Superb quality item!!!!

My sister-in-law first told me about these pans - and they are AMAZING. I have made brownies, cornbread, baked chicken, and sweet potatoes in this pan so far, and everything has come out cleanly - with no cooking spray or greasing of the pan. I don't know if you're supposed to or not, but I have been putting mine in the dishwasher - it is slightly discolored now, but still works great. By far, my favorite baking pan!
