Summary: Very disappointed 2009-08-31
Comment: My 9x 9 cake pan starting peeling only after a few uses. The non stick interior coating is coming off in large areas and rusting. Pan is unusable.

Comment: I was very pleased initially with the pan- I bought it along with the 2 loaf pans. I don't bake alot and I don't think i've used it more than 8 times so far. The inside is peeling already in the inside seams- I called Cuisinart (800 726- 0190)because it's supposed to be a lifetime guarantee. They were courteous but they wanted me to send the pan at my expense...hope the loaf pans hold up better than the 9 inch pan.

The non-stick coating is nice. Allows the brownies to come off the pan with ease...love it.
Avoid using a knife or any sharp objects on the surface. Scratches pretty easily.

Comment: These pans have made me a Cuisinart fan for life! They are so high in quality, and distribute heat evenly. Plus, they don't have the nasty rust from letting them soak over night like some other pans. I can tell these will probably last to give to my future grandkids if I want them! The only downside is it makes me want to buy all new pans to replace my other Wilton brand ones!
