Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware 9-1/2-Inch Fluted Cake Pan
Comment: I had an older bundt pan that was nearly impossible to remove the cake from because of it sticking. I priced new ones at many stores, only to find them all over $25. I found this one on Amazon for $13, it made the most perfect applesauce cake on its first use. Unfortunately my dog ate it before I could show it off, just had to make another. It does not have very deep grooves and so is not quite as sculpted looking as some, but still works great.

Comment: Received an over-priced Nordic Ware as a gift and returned it, purchased this (plus a couple of other deals at Amazon) with the same money. Very happy with it. Since Nordic Ware recommends you grease and flour pan just like the less expensive pans, I personally did not need the extra size or brand name for the money. If I baked bundts all the time, I would have stayed with Nordic for the reputation and longevity - but since I bake a few a year, did not believe it was worth the money for me. This size is more appropriate for most of my recipes and worked great with a little nonstick spray and a dusting of flour. Could not have turned out a better cake or easier to dump out. The ridges are not as defined, so if that is a factor for you, it will not be the pan for you. But I personally don't care about all the grooves - just want a really good cake that comes out well and can be glazed, frosted or left alone. The first cake baked was a pound cake with a chocolate layer in the middle - and it turned out beautifully. A perfect omega shaped chocolate layer in every slice. Very happy I made the switch.

Summary: Bundt pan 2009-08-14
Comment: I bought this to make a pumpking cake for my nephews birthday by baking two of them and placing them together one upside down on top of the other. The surface is nice and I love the pan, it's really heavy and heavy duty as well. I wish some instructions would have come with it as far as approximate baking time though because I didn't know how long to cook the cake for, but I managed to figure it out. It's a very nice pan which I will have for a long time to come, and a super value for the money.

Comment: This is a great pan! When I first saw it I was very impressed, it was nicer than I thought it would be. Very heavy duty, well made, and great quality. My cake even turned out perfectly. A+

Summary: an OK bundt cake pan - cannot make a pretty cake 2009-02-02
Comment: This is an OK bundt cake pan. The reason is that the cake just doesn't come out pretty. As mentioned in another reivew, the grooves on the mold are just not deep enough to show it on your cake. It looks just like a very plain tube cake and not very exciting at all. I wouldn't recommend this and will continue my search for a perfect bundt pan.
