Each pan is designed to hold approximately one cake mix and bake at 325˚ F. Complete directions are included. I use this for JELLO all the time and my son thinks it's "cool" since he loves baseball.
I won't cook in it though - seems too flimsy to cook in this thin plastic, plus most cakes need higher heat than 325 (which is the heat limit for this product).
