Product Review

Made of heavy weight carbon steel for even baking, our 9-inch square cake pan features a nonstick surface that helps you remove baked goods from the pan easily and makes cleanup effortless. A 9-inch square pan is most commonly called for in brownie, bar and cornbread recipes and also works well for baked apples or a small casserole.

Have never had a piece of Circulon that I have been disappointed in. they clean up like a dream, nice weight, not to heavy but perfect weight for cooking. HIGHLY recommend. Have given them for gifts and they love them. This is a good purchase.

Another pan purchased from the Circulon Nonstick Bakeware fleet. These pans cook evenly and are sturdily-built. The nonstick makes removal a breeze and cleanup no-fuss. I use this pan primarily for smaller roasted items, but look forward to baking a cake.

Got this pan the week before Christmas and have used it everyday. Nothing but nothing sticks to this baby! I've made every stuck on mess dish in my repertoire but have yet to do anything but sponge it off. Only downside is that I have no excuse not to cook!
