Culinary Institute of America Masters Collection Nonstick 9" x 13" Rectangular Cake Pan

This oblong cake pan has been designed by the Maser Chefs of the Culinary Institute of America to perform to their high exacting standards. Heavy aluminized steel construction guarantees an even heat and prevents warping. The light interior of this pan helps prevent over browning. Most non-stick bakware has a dark interior which tends to overcook the exterior of your baked goods while leaving the inside undercooked. This pan gives you a perfect golden finish to your cakes and other baked goods. There is an all around rim which keeps your pan stable, and offers a secure grip for easy handling. We recommend not using metal utensils on these pans.
