Chicago Metallic Gourmetware Biscuit Pan

This pan looked smaller when it arrived and was labeled as a "biscuit pan". The pan is very sturdy and when baking make sure you follow the instructions i.e. lower the oven temp by 25 deg, and check at least 10 min earlier than the recipe calls for. Very rapid baker! This pan baked up awesome brownies from the recipe included !

Might want to avoid spraying pan. Nothing bad happens, just really not needed.

Chicago metallic makes a number of fantastic products. You can use this pan with no fear-it is non-stick without the worry that the coating will "peel off" as it ages, it is a great size for smaller batches, and will also fit into some toaster ovens. The only caveat is, READ the instructions! It is a sturdy metal pan, so you can bake things 25 degrees cooler than the recipe calls for, and they're usually done a bit sooner too. I have a number of their products in my kitchen, and use them all.

I recommend Chicago Metallic pans. I own quite a few including this one and they are all great!
