Product Review
Product Description
Chicago Metallic and DUNCAN HINES Test Kitchens have developed a line of bakeware to match the quality of Duncan Hines mixes, to deliver a fool-proof experience for any home baker. The gauge of the metal of each pan is selected specifically for the baking task. Pan measurements are true-to-size and the pan dimensions are embossed on the pan for easy reference. The clear non-stick finish eliminates the need to adjust for time or temperature, unlike darker non-stick pans. The non-stick coating will not stick, even on the first bake and it is dishwasher safe.

Despite yet another, irritating reminder of how America has exported its factory jobs, this Chinese pan is well built, says it is dishwasher safe, and is a 'must', especially for one of my favorite Filipino recipes for 'Monkey Bread' (Go online to find one of a number of recipes for this deliciously easy-to-prepare dessert.).
Do wash (I would still suggest hand-washing) before use and preheat in a 300 degree oven in order to remove any odd odors.

Great bundt pan, you'll never need another. Though it is supposed to be sort of non-stick, don't believe it. Always oil and flour the pan especially around the neck. Sticking problems have always been in the very bottom where the grooves meet the neck, and PAM spray is just not enough. I suggest a good cold butter rub all the way up the neck and in every crevise and then a flour dusting. Love the pan, but no bundt pan is fool proof.
