Summary: Perfect Bakeware 2010-05-27
Comment: I just bought two of these pans and I love them. They don't have that horrible coating on them, either and food doesn't stick. It is stick resistant, but not non stick and I like these better, because there is no coating to wear off. I only buy Calphalon cookware and bakeware. It is the absolute best and worth every penny.

I *really* like them. Sometimes I think Calphalon slaps their name on too many different things; you can't count on it being a top quality item just because it's Calphalon (IMO).
This pan doesn't disappoint. Heavy, even cooking, great heft, and quality construction. I can't believe they're as inexpensive as they are. Very highly recommend them.

Comment: This is a really nice pan. The reason I ordered it was the straight sides - most pans have sides that slant and the edge pieces of whatever I am making don't turn out the right size or shape. I plan to order a second one so I can bake both layers of a cake at one time.

Comment: This is a really good cake pan. It is well made. I noticed that it is heavier than some cheaper cake pans. So far, I have used this cake pan to make brownies and corn bread. Both dishes came out perfectly.

Comment: This is a great little pan for everyday use. I like Calphalon quality, have used Calphalon for years. The eight inch square pan is great for casseroles, baking, etc. Very easy to clean.
