Bundt Nonstick Cake Pan - 7 Inch Diameter - 1 Quart Capacity

I too find this pan to be perfect for Lorna Sass's pudding-cakes for vegetarian pressure cooking. It fits in the pressure cooker perfectly and the cakes come out so cute and impressive looking.

I find that by simply spraying oil liberally, the cakes come out easily without having to both grease and flour to get the cake out.

I've used this pan at least 10 times and washed in the dishwasher after each use and it still looks new.

At the time of this writing, it says that they are out of stock and don't know if they will get any more. That's a true shame as I couldn't find a single bundt pan in the local stores that would work in my pressure cooker.

This tiny bundt pan is pretty adorable. I always get compliments when I manage to successfully invert desserts from it. If you are purchasing this pan, I recommend you look up pudding cake recipes from Lorna Sass that are designed for pressure cookers... they are magnificent.
