This is a pretty nice pan. It baked pretty evenly, and was easy to clean. VERY nice if you want to make a heart shaped brownie or cake. Reasonable price too. I recommend it!

Our family has a tradition that birthday cakes are always made in heart shaped pans. When my last set wore out I ordered these. I ordered 4 pans for a towering cake but cutting a four layer cake was difficult. 3 layers made for an amazing looking and tasting cake. The size was just right and the pan itself released the cake like a dream. (I did spray it with a non-stick spray prior to baking.) Glad I upgraded to the new pans.

My kids love white cake with sprinkles. My personal favorite is german chocolate cake frosted with my Grandmother's recipe for buttery homemade frosting mixed with chopped pecans and moist coconut.

Try making german chocolate cake with your favorite moist chocolate cake mix then pre-frost the layers with a thin layer of warm frosting so it soaks into the cake for an even more moist cake.
