This large rectangular cake pan is made of heavy weight carbon steel to aid in even browning. The nonstick surface makes cleanup easy and helps cakes release from the pan intact. A 9-inch by 13-inch pan is one of the most commonly called for pans in sheet cake, bar or brownie recipes. Beyond baking, this versatile pan will also double as a lasagna or casserole pan.

I've waited a while to submit my review - fell in love with the LOOK of this bakeware while at Macy's. I have the rectangular and the square baking pans. I am VERY careful with my cookware - with over 40 years experience in the kitchen, I do know how to treat surfaces properly. Neither one has ever had a metal utensil used in it (to cut or serve), and sometimes I even line them with parchment. To clean them, they get soaked if necessary, and scrubbed with a nylon pad if they need that too. Despite all this coddling, after only a few uses, the coating bubbled off in spots and there are rust patches. LOOKS AWFUL ! I am sorely disappointed - I expected much more for the money spent, the feel of the heft of them, and the look. I cannot recommend them whatsoever.

Cakes bake/brown evenly. I really like the weight of the pan. Clean up is a breeze. I would buy it again

What a great heavy duty pan. Wow. Ordering another for my daughter as I am thrilled with this. I've never seen it in the store, and I'm so glad I found it online.
