The non-stick surface is very effective and is a breeze to clean. I find the snug fitting cover, which is about 3/4 inch higher than the pan, perfect for covering yeast rolls to raise. I have multiple Airbake products and the insulation prevents overbrowning on the bottom. There are no dark brown edges on cookies with Airbake.

Always makes my cakes and deserts bake more evenly. Love that they have the snap on see through lid too! Would highly recommend. These are the only pans I use now.

1.0 out of 5 stars Like eating metal?, October 29, 2010

I have two of these baking sheets, a jelly roll pan, and a cake pan. They were great for awhile. But after a few years of use they have started leaving flakes of metal in the food! After baking cookies, imagine my embarrassment when one of my guests noticed flecks of silver on the bottoms of the cookies! I checked my pans but can't see anything flaking off. Nevertheless, all four of these pans do indeed leave pieces of metal in the food. They still look like new so I can't quite figure it out. It must be when they reach baking temperature that this happens. The scary thing is that I have no idea how long we've been eating the bits of metal! I have been feeding food to all of my little kids from these pans for years!
